Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States

  • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Free on orders over $75 | Flat rate $5.99 on orders under $75
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99

International

  • Standard International (10–21 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Expedited International (5–10 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on destination

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Internional Orders & Customs

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@feelmoreenergy.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
