Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • In its original packaging (opened products are accepted)
  • Purchased directly from feelmoreenergy.com

We do not accept returns on items purchased through third-party retailers. Please contact the retailer directly for those purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Bundle items where individual products have been partially used beyond a reasonable trial

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@feelmoreenergy.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us at info@feelmoreenergy.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.

We do not offer direct product exchanges (different flavor, size, etc.). If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@feelmoreenergy.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
